人口老龄化退行性疾病高发 康复医疗供需矛盾突出

在我国人口老龄化和退行性疾病高发的大背景下，社会对康复医疗的需求急剧增加，使我国康复医疗的供需矛盾更加突出。因此，康复医师的工作任务更加艰巨。12月24日，2016年中国医师协会康复医师分会学术年会在北京举行，中国康复医学会会长方国恩教授表达了如上观点。

 

   年会以“聚力康复，健康中国”的主题，设置了1个主论坛和15个分论坛，多位知名康复专家针对康复医学未来发展、心脏康复、儿童康复、疼痛康复、脊髓损伤康复、中西医结合康复、康复辅具、康复住院医师规培、康复治疗技术、康复医学教育改革、康复机构管理等领域进行了专题研讨和学术交流。

   

 中国医师协会康复医师分会会长、中国康复研究中心主任、北京博爱医院院长李建军教授在开幕致辞中表示，康复医师作为康复医疗服务团队的领导者，医疗水平与专业技能直接关系到康复医疗服务质量。他在大会上，还展望了与科技发展密切结合的康复未来。目前，智能化康复领域已经开始产品化，一系列智能用具已经用于康复病人的康复并辅助日常生活；生物技术的发展也带来精准的康复治疗；细胞工程、3D骨骼器官打印、脑机结口等先进技术给康复领域带来了新的进展。智能化、信息化、虚拟化、标准化等将是康复医疗领域的发展方向。

   

 不过，与会专家学者也指出了我国目前医疗领域存在的诸多问题，有些加大了后续康复的压力和难度。北京大学人民医院院长、北京大学交通医学中心主任姜保国教授指出，目前创伤是45岁以下人群的第一死亡原因，但目前对于创伤病人，院前救助的时间过长，救护人员缺乏专业知识，医院之间缺乏信息联动，会使病人错过最佳抢救时间。北京大学交通医学中心曾经对我国严重创伤救治现状进行了相关调研，数据显示，急救反应时间平均为24分钟，最长达150分钟；院前转运时间平均为45分钟，最长达181分钟；急诊施救平均时间为6分钟。他提出，我国要建立严重创伤区域性急救体系，以降低死亡和致残率。
