Each back of the thoracic knuckles is light yellow, with 2 irregular dark spots on the back panel, yellow-brown abdomen, and a yellow hard plate on the distal segment. It is 16-25mm long, cylindrical to long cylindrical. The larvae of the growing larvae are 25-40 mm in length and are thick, brown and silky. The capsules are adorned with a lot of broken leaves and are scaly.
