Ketchup processing technology

Tomatoes are rich in vitamin C and carotene, and its processing products are many. Among them, the processing of tomatoes into condiments is very common at home and abroad. The processing technology is summarized as follows:
1, raw materials. The fully grown or freshly-ripened tomato is selected to be washed and used irrespective of its size.
2, processing. Put the tomato into a pulper and beat it into a pulp. Note that because of the higher water content of the raw material, the berries are easy to pulp, so do not add water when playing.
3, pressure juice slag. Use a centrifuge or cloth bag to remove the slag. Slag removal, including peels and seeds should be removed.
4, heating and concentrating. Concentrate and evaporate some moisture in the pot.
5, add auxiliary feed. (1) Add 0.2% to 0.3% carrageenan or 0.5% sodium alginate; (2) 5% sugar or 1% sweetener; (3) 2% to 3% salt; (4) 1% acetic acid; 5) 0.05% potassium sorbate.
The tomato pulp is heated together with all the auxiliary materials above, and stirring is continued. When the concentration of solids reaches 30% to 35%, heating is stopped.
6, bottle filling. With a small glass bottle of 250 ml or half a pound, seal the lid after filling.
7, sterilization. 95 degrees Celsius hot water sterilization for 15 minutes.
8. Serve with tomato sauce after cooling. Its sweet, sour and salty flavour is a good seasoning.

Electric Over Blanket is similar to Electric Under Blanket, but a bit different.

Electric over blanket is used by covering human body to keep warm.

Normally electric over blanket is not recommended to be used during sleeping, as it might cause overheating, although it has the function of overheating protection.

Normally over blanket shuts off after 2 hours, for the sake of safety.
