When crops lack nutrition

What are the symptoms of crops that lack certain nutrients? Crop nutrient deficiency (see table below):
Several commonly used terms describing the level of plant nutrient elements are shortages, deficiencies, poisoning and overdose.
Shortage: The concentration of an essential element is low enough to severely limit yield and produce a significant lack of symptoms. Extreme shortage will lead to plant death.
Inadequate: An essential element is below the level required for optimal production and is in imbalance with other nutrients. There are few obvious symptoms at this time.
Poison: The concentration of essential elements or other elements is high enough to severely reduce plant growth. Severe damage can lead to plant death.
Excess: The concentration of an essential element is so high that there is a corresponding shortage of other nutrients.
