Simple fault handling method for SABA series biochemical analyzer

Fault description

Possible cause and treatment

Aspirating needles cannot aspirate samples and reagents

1.        Module not connected properly

2.        If the module is working properly, check the tube for any knots or kinks that are pinched and check for adequate cleaning fluid in the bottle.

The needle cannot inject the solution into the sampling cup

1. Check the valve on the diluter.

2. Check if there is enough cleaning solution in the bottle.

3. Check all pipe joints

4. Check the suction needle. If it is dirty, clean it. If there is scratch, replace it.

The sample size is 5 ul . The measurement repeatability is poor. The volume of the inhalation cuvette is incorrect.

1.        Check if the cuvette is dirty.

2.        It is possible that the needle is dirty or clogged.

3.        The pipe is knotted or blocked.

4.        Check the operation of the aspiration needle

5.        Make sure the needle is in the correct position

The flushing cup cannot be emptied even if the peristaltic pump is working properly

1. The pipe from the flushing cup to the solenoid valve has a knot or the connection is incorrect.

2. Check the electric switch valve

3. The silicone tube in the peristaltic pump may have a knot. If necessary, replace one.

4. Check the pipeline of the peristaltic pump

The instrument cannot be automatically zeroed. At reset, the voltage is too low.

1. The cuvette may be empty. Fill it with water

2. It may be that the peristaltic pump is not working properly , check if the pipeline needs to be replaced.

3. Check that the distilled water that is inhaled is incorrect.

4. The rinse bottle is empty.

5. Check the solenoid valve of the peristaltic pump.

6. The bulb may be aging

7. Adjust the amount of liquid absorbed _____ The liquid inhaled may be too much or too little

8. The cuvette is dirty or has bubbles mixed in it.

QC results are out of range (reference methodology)

1.        Confirm that the quality control is carried out according to the method required by the manufacturer.

2.        Confirm that the following conditions are set correctly: wavelength; temperature; sample; sample size; reagent amount

3.        Factor

4.        It is confirmed that the preparation reagent and the quality control water are double distilled water or deionized water.

Kinetic measurement of light is the result of GOT or GPT is low

1.        Check reagents, controls and standards to confirm that they are within the validity period

2.        Check if the recommended cleaning agent is used, not just distilled water

3.        The cuvette or reagent is contaminated and the bacteria resist the reaction. Rinse the cuvette or replace the reagent cup.

4.        Check that the factor used is correct, check the temperature and volume settings

5.        Inspection procedures, water, reagents, quality control serum and cleaning solutions

6.        Check wavelength

7.        Reagent has expired or is not fresh enough

The suction arm moves down but cannot aspirate

1. The silicone tube of the peristaltic pump is used up.

2. Peristaltic pump runner is too tight

3. The aspiration needle is blocked or unhooked.

4. Some parts are damaged
