What are the daily management points of the mixed fermentation raw material digester?

(1) Ground feeding, ground discharge

Generally, new materials should be added before the peak of gas production does not fall, that is, within 20 days after the start of production, it must not exceed 30 days at the latest. In and out of the material specific requirements: 1 first discharge, after the feed, how much, how much to maintain the volume of the air box. 2 people, livestock and poultry manure should be cleaned into the pool. 3 It is forbidden to put washing powder, soap, shampoo, shower gel, detergent, detergent, bath water, and dishwashing water into the pool. 4 Straw raw materials entering the pool during normal operation, as long as the mash is short or crushed and soaked with water or fermentation broth, can be fed once every 5 to 6 days. Each time the amount of feed is 3% to 5% of the fermentation material liquid. Straw stacking and then into the pool better. 5 The straw feed concentration during normal operation should be as large as possible, and the dry matter content can be greater than 8%. 6 In the case of a biogas tank with a movable cover, the speed of the incoming and outgoing materials should not be too fast, so that the pressure in the tank can be increased slowly or depressurized. 7 Do not ignite and cook on 13 regular discharges. There must be no open fire approaching the digester. After 8 in and out of the material, it is necessary to cover the inlet and outlet caps.

(2) Frequent mixing of fermentation raw materials in the digester

The hydraulic biogas digester has no stirring device, and can be stirred through the feed port or water pressure, or can be tapped from the water pressure, and then poured from the feed port for stirring, stirring once in 5 to 7 days. If floating crust occurs and the gas production is seriously affected, the movable cover should be opened for stirring. Reduce or stop stirring in winter.

(3) Control the concentration of fermentation broth

The appropriate fermentation concentration should be controlled at 6% to 11%. In summer and autumn, the temperature is high, and the concentration of fermentation broth can be lower, generally controlled at 6% to 8%. In winter and spring, the temperature is low, and the concentration of fermentation broth is correspondingly higher, which can be increased to 8% to 11%.
