Straw fertilizer production and use

Straw fertilizer production method: 7 pieces of dry straw, 1 piece of human waste, 2 pieces of livestock and poultry urine, and appropriate amount of horse dung and chopped firewood. In March, the prepared straw was chopped or crushed into pieces of about 3 cm, and human feces and urine, livestock and poultry urine, and chopped straw were thoroughly mixed and mixed at a volume ratio of 1:2:7. Pouring enough water (material moisture content is appropriate 60% ~ 70%, that is, when the water added to the hand into a group, touch the state that is scattered). Then pile the prepared chopped firewood into a pile, choose to ignite the leeward sun, and pour the livestock manure with hot water (temperature above 40°C), cover it with the lit firewood, and be a warm heart ( Hot spots), then cover the well-mixed straw layer on the livestock and poultry excrement, the stack height should not be less than 1.5 meters, pay attention to management after stacking, prevent human and animal trampling, and observe the stack temperature, control the stack temperature At 50°C to 60°C, the maximum temperature cannot exceed 70°C. Because this temperature range is conducive to the activity of microorganisms, it can speed up the decomposition of straw, and at the same time can kill bacteria, eggs, and reduce the volatilization of ammonia. This heap rot 7 to 10 days, the temperature reached 60 °C ~ 65 °C, this time can be poured manure, and then every 7 days or so, a total of 3 to 4 times, about 35 to 45 days can be good fermentation. The fermented straw fertilizer has the characteristics of blackness, disorder, and odor. It has black juice and ammonia odor, is soft and elastic when wet, and is brittle when dry, and is easily broken.

The following four points should be noted in the straw fertilizer production process:

First, if straw stalks are made at the end of March or early April, in order to achieve good fermentation before planting, warming up the heart should be adopted, and the top of the pile should be covered with plastic film and some people's excrement and livestock dung should be added to make the stalks as soon as possible. Fermentation.

The second is that in the process of composting, people can't go step on, and they can't pour dirt into straw fertilizer and press it with soil, otherwise it is not easy to ferment.

Third, after stacking, attention should be paid to observation. When found that the fat heap is air-frozen and frosted, timely cover it with the mixed straw, which is conducive to heat preservation. Fourth, the straw fertilizer should not be used excessively or badly so as not to affect its fertilizer efficiency.

Straw fertilizer is generally used as base fertilizer or seed fertilizer, generally 1500-2000 kg per mu.
