(2) The compressor runs smoothly and the sound of each moving part should be normal.

(3) Measure the inlet and outlet water temperatures and check the supply of cooling water. The cooling water is not allowed to flow intermittently and there are bubbles and blockages. The cooling water drain temperature must not exceed 40 °C.

(4) All national surveying and mapping bureaus shall be connected to flange parts, shaft seals, inlet and exhaust cutting, cylinder heads and water jackets, etc., and shall not leak, leak or leak water.

(5) The work of cutting and exhausting should be normal, and the safety is safe.

(6) There shall be no looseness in each connecting part.

(7) Measurement of exhaust gas temperature and pressure values ​​at all levels shall be in accordance with the provisions of various technical conditions.

(8) The motor heating condition and current value should meet the requirements.

5. After the operation is completed, disassemble the following items:

(1) Disassemble the gas cutting at all levels, the front cover of each cylinder, check the friction of the cylinder mirror surface, and find out the cause if there is friction trace.

(2) Check the surface friction of the piston rod, there should be no wear marks and pulls.

(3) Disassemble the gas cutting at all levels, check the fit of the cutting and cutting, and if there is a crack in the cutting, replace it with spare parts.

(4) Check the friction of the cross slide and the friction surface of the fuselage guide.

(5) Disassemble the connecting rod big head tile and crosshead pin to check the friction of the friction surface.

6. Replace the lubricant in the fuselage. After the initial operation of the compressor; due to the combination of the parts and the cleaning action of the lubricating oil, a large amount of finely divided metal powder enters the lubricating oil. Therefore, the machine should be replaced with all the lubricating oil after 24 hours of work. After running for 200 hours, change the oil again. After replacing it twice, change the oil according to the regular maintenance requirements. In order to make the twist even, it is necessary to have sufficient lubricating oil everywhere in the initial operation.
