Laser marking machine common problems and their solutions

Fault 1: Laser intensity drops and the marking is not clear. Solution:
1 Whether the laser cavity changes; fine-tuning the cavity lens. Make the output spot the best;
2 acousto-optic crystal shift or low output energy of acousto-optic power supply; adjust the position of acousto-optic crystal or increase the working current of acousto-optic power supply;
3 The laser entering the galvanometer is off center: adjusting the laser;
4 If the current is adjusted to about 20A, the sensitivity is not strong enough: the xenon lamp is aging and the new lamp is replaced.
Fault 2: The xenon lamp cannot be triggered (refer to the NTP power supply manual)
Solution:
1 Check all power cables;
2 The high voltage xenon lamp is aging and the xenon lamp is replaced.
Precautions for operating the laser marking machine 1 Do not start the laser power supply and Q-switched power supply without water or water circulation abnormality;
2 Do not allow the Q power supply to work at no load (ie, the output of the Q power supply is suspended);
3 An abnormal phenomenon occurs, first turn off the galvanometer switch and the key switch, and then check;
4 It is not allowed to start other components before the xenon lamp is ignited to prevent the high voltage from breaking into the damaged component;
5 Note that the laser power output (anode) is suspended to prevent ignition and breakdown with other electrical appliances;
6 Keep the inner circulation water clean. Clean the tank regularly and replace with deionized or pure water.
Use and replacement of xenon lamps Turn off the water cooler, laser power supply.
Open the upper three chamber cover, take out the lamp or crystal to be replaced, replace it, put it in, and install the chamber cover.
The water-cooling machine, laser power supply, adjusts the laser power supply current to (15~20)A. Place a small piece of wood or black paper between the front diaphragm and the beam expander, and you should see the spot formed by laser ablation. If not, slightly adjust the three knobs of the front diaphragm holder until the spot appears.
After the laser is debugged, the three knobs of the front diaphragm holder should be repeatedly adjusted to make the spot strongest. If the laser is too strong and the brightness is too high to observe, the power supply current can be reduced.
Turn off the laser power.
Special attention: time to replace the xenon lamp.
The factory description of the xenon lamp in the laser is 300 hours, but due to different user conditions, the above time cannot be used as the sole basis for replacing the xenon lamp. As the use time increases, the luminous efficiency of the xenon lamp decreases, and the laser output also decreases. Many users increase the current of the laser power supply in order to obtain sufficient laser output, so that the xenon lamp emits light, which accelerates the aging of the xenon lamp. , forming a vicious circle, sometimes leading to a phenomenon of frying. In order to prevent this from happening, we recommend that the user decide whether or not to replace the xenon lamp as follows.
When replacing a new neon lamp, record the value of the laser power supply ammeter during normal marking as the standard current value.
When the xenon lamp is gradually aging, increase the laser power supply current output, but the ammeter value should not exceed 1.25 times the standard current value.
For example, when the new xenon lamp is marked with a current value of 20A, after using it for a period of time, if the current value is adjusted to 22.5A and the marking cannot be performed normally, the xenon lamp should be replaced.
