Analyze how the high-efficiency cartoner works

The automatic cartoner feed is generally divided into three inlets: the instruction inlet, the vial inlet and the machine box inlet.

The entire process from the feeding of the machine package to the final packaging can be roughly divided into four stages: lower box, open, filled, and closed.

The lower box action usually involves a suction cup sucking a paper cassette from the paper tray feed port, descending to the main line of the loading box, fixing the paper cassette by a rail card position and opening the paper cassette with a push plate, and there are two The card that moves forward moves up from below, jamming the side of the carton from the front and rear, opening the box at right angles and moving forward to the loading area. After filling in the loading area, the machine's mechanism folds the ears into the left and right guide rails and then performs the closing operation. The front mechanism of the cover will first bend the tongue of the paper box, and then a push plate pushes the cover to bend, so that the tongue is inserted into the box and the buckle is fastened. The capping action is a critical action, and the quality of the carton has a lot to do with the structure of the carton and the accuracy of the machine adjustment.
