Five key links for artificial breeding of pigeons

After the pigeons hatched from the hatchery, they started artificial breeding. The artificial breeding of pigeons needs to focus on five links. The five key links in the breeding of pigeons complement each other. Here we will not go blind, straight into the subject to introduce these five important links.

1 Keep the breeding temperature at a good breeding temperature. The temperature of the brooding room should be relatively constant and should not be hot or cold. Generally 1 to 4 days of age temperature is 37 ~ 38 °C, 5 ~ 7 days of age is 34 ~ 36 °C, 8 ~ 15 days of age is 30 ~ 33 °C, then gradually reduced to room temperature. In addition, we must pay attention to the ventilation effect of the brooding room.

2 It is necessary to be responsible for the feeding and feeding work. Frequent replacement of staff, one is difficult to grasp the technical work of feeding; Second, different people, changes in feeding methods, operations, procedures, pigeons difficult to adapt; Third, different people, using the same pigeon material, the effect is not the same.

3 Preparing good feed for artificial milk is not only scientific but also cheap. It requires both fast growth and clean hygiene principles. The source of raw materials is easy, and the quality of the eggs is excellent. Before the formal feeding, they must be tested to prove that the pigeon's material is feasible and that the feeding is carried out fully. Pigeon material preparation is the key to artificial feeding technology.

4 Ensure that young pigeons are fully developed. Whether artificial hatching or natural hatching is used, the breeding pigeons must be fully developed and cannot be deformed. Because only healthy pigeons can feed normally.

5 It is an important part of ensuring the success of artificial feeding that good “diseases enter from the mouth” to do a good job of hygiene and disinfection during feeding. Every nurturing technician must attach great importance to aseptic operations and minimize pollution.

Through the above introduction, I believe that everyone's grasp of the five links has been very clear. These five links are very important. Every step must be done with care and every step of the artificial breeding of pigeons can be done.

Reverse phase chromatography (RPC) resins are important alternatives to silica-based RPC media as they have different selectivity, high capacity and wide pH stability range. UniPS®, UniPMN, and UniPMM are the major components of NanoMicro Tech`s polymeric RPC bulk media product lines.  All of them are monodispersed, rigid divinylbenzene or methacrylic copolymer beads developed with proprietary precision microsphere technologies.  They are designed for high resolution and high capacity RPC purification of a wide range of materials, from natural products, peptides, oligonucleotides to large proteins.
