The main part of the batching tank control system is the stirring control system, weighing control system, temperature control system, liquid level control system and so on. 1. Batching tank control mixing system: divided into upper stirring and lower stirring according to different installation positions. The stirring is usually mechanical stirring, and the stirring is often magnetic stirring.
A. Mechanical stirring of the batching tank: The stirring motor is installed on the top of the tank. The stirring shaft is composed of the upper half shaft and the lower half shaft. The 204 type cemented carbide machinery with good sealing performance and long service life is adopted between the upper shaft and the tank. Sealed, the lower half shaft is connected to the upper half shaft through the flange, and the stirring blade is welded to the lower stirring shaft.
The speed control has two kinds of manual mechanical speed regulation and frequency conversion speed regulation. The mechanical speed regulation realizes the speed regulation by rotating the speed reducer of the speed reducer; the frequency conversion speed regulation achieves the speed regulation by changing the power frequency; for details, see the Speed ​​Control Manual. B. Magnetic stirring of the batching tank: The driving motor is installed at the bottom of the tank. The motor shaft is directly connected with the inner magnetic steel. The outer magnetic steel and the stirring blade are integrally formed. The inner and outer magnetic steels are completely isolated by the sleeve and are not in direct contact. When the motor rotates, the inner magnetic steel drives the outer magnetic steel to rotate through the magnetic effect, thereby achieving the stirring effect.

3, batching tank temperature control system: according to customer needs can install bimetal thermometer or PT100 thermometer: bimetal thermometer is based on the formation of a ring-shaped curved bimetal. When one end is heated and expanded, the pointer is rotated, and the working instrument displays the temperature value, which is convenient and quick. 4. The liquid level control system of the batching tank: the glass tube jacket is made of stainless steel to protect the tube type, and the two ends of the tube communicate with the inside of the tank to form a communicating device, and the liquid level height of the material in the liquid mixing tank can be read through the liquid level height in the glass tube. The highest and lowest end of the glass tube level gauge is equipped with a needle valve. When the temperature or pressure inside the equipment is too high and may exceed the tolerance of the glass tube, the needle valve can be temporarily closed to protect the glass tube (for details, see Accessories) user's Guide).
