Analyze the problems and solutions of traditional modular car scales

First, the problem of the traditional modular car floor scale:

1. The scale of the floor scale sensor is too strong to be damaged and deformed. The bearing capacity of each base plate designed by the manufacturer is 30 t in the vertical direction and 10 t in the horizontal direction. During the use process, the vertical pressure of the bottom plate is actually about 40t, which exceeds the design pressure bearing capacity of the manufacturer, resulting in loose deformation of the bottom plate.

2. The foundation of the scale is easy to accumulate water. The foundation pit of the scale is double-watered into a pit with C20 concrete, the concrete layer is about 10mm, and the 30mm thick steel plate is pre-buried as the foundation. The scale body is about 10mm high from the ground plane. It is easy to accumulate water in the rainy days, affecting the service life of the foundation, sensor and scale body.

3. Sensor installation technology is lacking. The scale manufacturer will place the electric sensor, sensor junction box and grounding wire together at the bottom of the scale body, almost level with the ground. In the event of rain, the electrical components of the junction box are easily damaged by moisture. The line layout under the scale body is messy and the fault is frequent. The electrical components are limited by the installation space, and it is extremely inconvenient to troubleshoot the faults, even small problems like loose bolts are difficult to handle.

Second, the car ground scale solution:

1. Redesign the floor scale electric sensing bottom plate, increase the design area of ​​the bottom plate, and bear the pressure from the vertical direction of the original design 30t, the horizontal direction force l0t increases to the vertical direction force 45t, the horizontal direction force 15t .

2. Change the base height of the scale. The mortar pier is refined by 1:1 cement sandstone. The height of the mortar pier is about 30mm. The 30mm thick steel plate is used as the foundation to increase the height of the scale body and the ground by 20mm, so as to avoid the sensor system and the scale body being damp.

3. Install the electrical sensor junction box separately from the sensor. The sensor is placed under the scale body. The sensor junction box is placed on the side of the scale body and is 1.0m above the scale body.
