1. Do a good job of technical maintenance of the locomotive before the operation to ensure a good technical condition.

(1) Check the tire pressure. If the air pressure is too high or too low, it will increase the driving resistance and increase the fuel consumption.

(2) Fasten the screws. It has been determined that if the screw between the engine mount and the gearbox is loose, the fuel consumption will increase.

(3) Clean the air filter. If the air filter is blocked by one-third of the cross section, the fuel consumption rate is increased by 1.7%.

(4) Adjust the fuel supply advance angle. For example, the fuel supply advance angle of the 195 diesel engine is 16-20, which is ensured by the adjustment gasket between the fuel injection pump and the gear chamber cover. The advance angle is small, diesel combustion is incomplete, and fuel consumption is increased.

(5) Adjust the valve clearance. If the valve clearance is large or small, it will affect the amount of inflation. If the valve clearance is too large, the fuel consumption will increase by 15-20%.

2. Full load operation. For example, the traction of a small tractor is generally around 300 kg. When the resistance of the towed agricultural implement is roughly within this range, the effective power of the engine is the largest, the unit productivity is high, and the fuel consumption per mu is low.

3, according to soil moisture, timely operation. All kinds of soils have corresponding humidity ranges with less resistance. At this time, the cultivated land is the most suitable, and the fuel consumption per mu is also low.

4. Reasonable operation and correct operation. In the operation, the plot should be reasonably planned, the driving route should be reasonably arranged, and the emptying and turning time of the shunting should be minimized; no parking is allowed for no reason. If the plowing resistance is small and the unit speed is not allowed too much, high-grade small throttle operation can be used. The engine water temperature is often maintained at 70 to 90 degrees, and the start of pre-warming, prevention of deviation, stop and stop, etc., can play a role in fuel economy.
