The results, problems and countermeasures in the food supervision and management of the county are as follows:
I. Status of food safety management Ningshan County has 23 food processing enterprises (including small workshops), 333 food business enterprises, 310 food service units, and 1,400 food workers. In the case of a large number of production and business units, small scale of operation, and scattered outlets, the county people's government and relevant departments have carried out special measures for food safety and crack down on illegal addition and abuse of food additives through daily supervision. The situation is generally good and there have been no major food safety incidents.
Second, the food safety supervision and management has achieved remarkable results. 1. The supervisory duties have been consolidated in the organization and leadership.

2. Strengthen publicity and education and focus on raising public awareness of the law.

3. Carry out special rectification and solve outstanding problems.

Second, severely crack down on illegal additions and abuses of food additives.

According to the relevant regulations of the Law, it is reflected in the low awareness rate and the weak legal awareness of food safety. Especially for the masses below the township, most people have little impression of the Food Safety Law.
2. The management of food production and management and the training of employees should be further strengthened. The performance is as follows: First, the “three defenses” facilities in the production and operation sites are not perfect. Such as: fly-killing facilities, anti-rat facilities, etc.; second, production and management personnel do not pay attention to the health and safety of food production and operation. In particular, some retail stores in rural areas have a weak awareness of food safety management and lack of awareness of the importance of legal management of food safety.
3. Insufficient investment and weak law enforcement force severely restrict the effective implementation of the Food Safety Law. First, the number of food testing personnel in the departments of health, quality inspection, agriculture, food and drug supervision, etc. is seriously insufficient. 4. The food safety law enforcement management system needs to be rationalized.

5. Small food processing enterprises need to be standardized. The small workshops are simple in facilities, narrow in scope, lacking effective safety testing methods and quality control measures, and the management is not standardized enough.
