Second, the correct use of shelling machine requirements

1. Requirements for the sheller. To be clean and high in productivity, the shelling machine with cleaning device also requires high cleanliness; the loss rate is low, the breaking rate is small; the structure is simple, the use is reliable, the adjustment is convenient, and the power consumption is small. Certain versatility. Can be used for shelling of a variety of crops to improve the utilization of machinery.

2. Requirements for peanuts (pectin). Peanuts should be dry and wet, too dry, the rate of breakage is high; too much wetness affects work efficiency. In order to make dry and wet suitable, the following methods can be used: 1 peeling in winter. Before peeling, spray evenly about 10 kilograms of warm water on 50 kilograms of peeled fruit, and cover it with plastic film for about 10 hours (in other seasons, cover it with plastic film for 6 hours), then dry it in the sun for about 1 hour. Shelling. 2 Dip the drier peanuts (pectin) in a large pool. Immediately after soaking, remove and cover with plastic film for about 1 day, then dry in the sun. After drying and drying, start peeling.

Third, the use of methods and precautions

1. Before use, check whether the fasteners are tightened, whether the rotating parts are flexible, and whether there is lubricating oil in each bearing. The sheller should be placed on a stable surface.

2. After the motor is started, the steering of the rotor should be consistent with the direction indicated on the machine. Leave idling for a few minutes to see if there is any abnormal sound. After normal operation, the peanuts can be fed evenly.

3. Peanut fruit should be even and proper when fed, and should not contain iron filings, stones and other debris to prevent breaking peanuts and causing mechanical failure. When the peanuts cover the sieve surface, the rice switch can be opened.

4. Select a suitable screen according to the size of the peanut.

5. When the peanut shell increases in the peanut, the motor can be moved downward to tighten the fan belt and increase the amount of blowing.

6. When operating, do not stand on the side of the belt drive to avoid injury.

7. When using the machine for a period of time, when it is ready to store the machine, remove the dust, dirt and residual kernels from the outside, and remove the belt and store it separately. Clean all parts of the bearings with diesel oil, dry them and apply butter. The machine should be covered in a dry warehouse to avoid sun and rain.

8. Ensure that there is sufficient lubricating oil in the transmission parts and bearings and clean and replace them regularly.
