For removal of animal and vegetable fats and mineral oils on the surface of steel parts, a small amount of emulsifier can be added to the alkaline solution and cleaned after warming. Such parts are cleaned, and heating is generally not required. 3, with aluminum alloy cleaning fluid degreasing. Since the alkali solution has a strong corrosion effect on the aluminum alloy and the organic solvent is expensive, when an aluminum alloy part is required to be repaired, the aluminum alloy cleaning solution can be configured to be cleaned. Usually use sodium silicate or sodium carbonate solution plus a small amount of potassium dichromate to prepare, heating to 60 ~ 70 °C for optimal cleaning results. Third, remove coke 1, mechanical method can generally be used metal brush, blade and broken piston rings and other eradication of carbon deposition. However, because this method is easy to scratch the surface of parts, it is not necessary to use abrasive cloth and steel spatula to remove coke on the precision parts.
