Nowadays, with the increasing use of infrared tunnel furnaces, they are also popular among people. However, we all pay attention to the specific process when using the tunnel furnace panel operation, and we can't just operate it as we wish.
1. The operator opens the power distribution box tunnel furnace and the fan main power switch, the power indicator light is on, and the exhaust fan is exhausted.
2. Check whether the safety over-temperature gauge temperature of the front, middle and rear sections of the top of the furnace is within the range of the temperature indicated by the temperature control meter (+10 °C - +20 °C).
3. Check the temperature displayed in the front and rear temperature control table, facing the control panel from left to right, the first one is the front section, the second is the middle section, and the third is the rear section. Is the displayed temperature the current drying product? The temperature required.
4. Check whether the frequency and time of the inverter motor running frequency and drying conveying time display table are the frequency and time required to dry the product.
5. Select the material outflow detection switch to be on.
6. Select the belt start switch to open the drive belt.
7. Press the wind start switch, the indicator light is on, and the wind motor works.
8. Press the light control start switch, the indicator light will light the thermostat.
9. Check that the current per phase displayed by the ammeter floats between (10A and 25A).
10. In the use of the tunnel furnace, if any abnormal noise or abnormal conditions occur. Press the emergency stop switch to cut off the power supply of the power distribution box and notify the relevant management personnel.
11. When the baking is completed, immediately press the emergency stop switch to turn off the power distribution box tunnel furnace and the fan main power.
