The correct operation steps of the capping machine:

1. Connect the power cord of the capping machine to the power box;

2. Connect the power supply and the power box indicator light is on;

7. Adjust the tightness of the bottle cap by adjusting the torque adjustment nut between the rotary head and the rotary machine. When tightening, the larger the torque is, the tighter the bottle cap is. The smaller the torque is, the smaller the torque is. The more loose it is.

Common troubleshooting of the capping machine:

1. The failure of the automatic switch caused by the drift of the micro switch or the photoelectric switch, such as the fault, the working position of the position switch or the photoelectric switch can be adjusted, or the switch can be exchanged.

2. Short-circuit of the motor-grade winding and the short-circuit and the short-circuit caused by the short-circuit between the motorized wiring and the grounding wire. This fault can test the motor on the one hand and check whether the relevant line is loose or not on the other hand.
3. The auto-capping machine's acceleration time setting is too short and the electric shock capacity exceeds the inverter capacity. The over-current fault during acceleration can extend the F001 value setting time appropriately, and the capacity of the motor can not be changed arbitrarily.

4. If the voltage of the power supply voltage changes too much, the voltage in the operation is too high. It can be easily solved by inputting the power supply to the reactor or by appropriately reducing the power supply voltage.
