Effect of Recipient Precocious Feeding Management on Embryo Transfer

Embryo transfer is an effective means to rapidly increase the number of high-yield and high-quality dairy cows and promote the development of the dairy industry. It is a high technology currently used in dairy cow production. This year, Jiaonan City launched the embryo transfer project. The first phase of the project started in 2003. In the specific operation of the project, we found that there are many factors affecting the success rate of embryo transfer in recipient cattle, including the recipient cattle in the early stage of embryo transfer. Feeding management has a great influence on embryo transfer. 1 Introduction 1.1 Introduction to Dairy Farm The Dairy Cow Embryo Transplantation Project Demonstration and Promotion Center located in Dacun Town of our city is jointly established by the Jiaonan City Livestock Husbandry Service Center and the Dacun Town Government of Jiaonan City to integrate the research, development and promotion of comprehensive technology for high-yield dairy cow embryo transfer. The demonstration base has four farms in the existing cattle farms, and mainly carries embryos transplanted with cattle as recipients. On November 10th, 2003, at the same time, A and B were purchased at the age of 2 to 3 years old and weighing over 350 kg. The quarantine health was in line with the conditions of the recipient cattle. The Luxi cattle were 27 and 21 in environmental conditions. Feeding is basically the same situation, because the two different feeding and management levels of the recipient cattle directly affect the embryo transfer of two recipient cattle. 1.2 Feeding and Management Status before Embryo Transplantation A field leader will meticulously feed and manage the herd according to the guidance of animal husbandry experts. The cattle's diet is made of coarse material and fine material, and the cow is strengthened one month before the embryo transfer. The nutrient supply was fed with the concentrate formulation prepared by animal husbandry experts one week prior to the estrus treatment of the same period. It was gradually added from 0.5 kg/day at the time of feeding, and increased to 3 kg/day at the 6th day and kept until embryo transfer. Crude material is dominated by corn stalks, hay, bean stalks and sorghum kernels. The body of the cattle is in good condition and the average score of the cattle population is 3.5 points. In order to reduce the cost, the person in charge of the B-field is mainly based on dry corn stalks, adding a small amount of sorghum, wheat bran, and corn flour. The condition of the cattle is poor. The average cow population rating was 2.5 points.
