The person in charge of the Shanghai Municipal Health Bureau said in an interview with reporters that family doctors provided continuous, basic, comprehensive and personalized medical and health services, which helped to form a reasonable medical order for visits at the cascade, so as to ease the difficulty of seeing a doctor and costly visits.
