During the high temperature in the summer of the three seasons, the harvester is prone to water boiling and overheating of the engine, which makes it difficult for the machine to work normally, which affects the production efficiency. The reason and exclusion method is:
First, radiator maintenance is not good Harvester work process, the lower air passage inside the radiator is easy to produce blockages, should always pay attention to radiator maintenance. However, in some places, there is a lack of air pump and water gun equipment, and the operators often neglect the work in this area. With the increase of time, the cooling surface will become more and more serious and even lose heat. Remedy: Remove the blockage on the air channel between the heat sinks in time. In general, compressed air can be used for cleaning. When it is difficult, it can be washed with a water gun and combined with a thin wire to clear it. However, the radiator must be dry before it can be put into use.
Second, the overload operation harvester in a long time operation, the power consumption is too large, easy to cause the engine speed down, the fan speed is reduced, the lack of air volume, causing the engine to overheat. Exclusion method: Try to work in a dry field as soon as possible, and adjust the forward gear, cutting width, and cutting height of the harvester in time according to crop yield, height, and maturity. Minimize long-term overload operations.
Third, the water tank is not covered by the lid causing the cooling core to block; plug a lot of operators like to let the tank open to work: to open the engine cover when the water temperature is too high can add water. In this way, the crop leaves and dust easily enter the interior of the tank, with the cooling water to reach the body and cylinder head and gradually deposited, affecting the heat, in serious cases will also cause the cooling core block, resulting in engine overheating. Remedy: In order to save the cooling and unloading time required for adding cooling water, the tank can be sealed with multi-layer gauze and fixed with lead wire to prevent crops and dust from entering the tank.
Fourth, the cooling water addition method does not add cooling water to some operators often wet the heat sink, even worse, the excess cooling water is poured to the radiator. Doing so will promote the dust to adhere more easily and cause blockage and reduce the heat dissipation effect.
Remedy: Do not wet the radiator when adding water, but do not splash it. The operator should correct this incorrect operation method.
